WELCOME TO KIFAH ABU HANOUD FOUNDATION FOR EDUCATIONAL CONSULTATIONS

Please read the “Terms of Service” and “Privacy Policy” of Kifah Abu Hanoud Foundation for Educational Consultations prior to registering or using any part of the Platform, which consists of a website and its content from written texts, recordings, videos, audio, the Foundation social networking sites, mobile phone application, and any other electronic services that are used by members to access any course materials, and chat rooms.

Both “Terms of Service” and “Privacy Policy” are agreements (hereinafter referred to, collectively, as “Agreements”) between you and the Foundation. By using the Platform, you accept and agree to be legally bound by the Agreements, whether or not you are a registered user on the Platform.

Kifah Abu Hanoud Foundation for Educational Consultations reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Any changes to these Terms of Service shall take effective immediately upon posting on this page or on any other section of the Platform.

By accessing the Platform after any changes, you indicate your agreement to the modified Terms of Service and all of the changes contained therein. Should we make any changes to these Services, such changes will be reflected on the above “latest update” date.

We highly recommend that you review this Page periodically to ensure familiarity with the latest version of these Terms of Service.

 

BACKGROUND OF KIFAH ABU HANOUD FOUNDATION FOR EDUCATIONAL CONSULTATIONS

The Foundation offers a range of online courses and programs, which include opportunities for interaction between students, supervisors and professors, as well as individual assessment of student work. For students who demonstrate mastery of academic subjects shall receive a Certificate of Completion.

 

ONLINE CODE OF CONDUCT

You agree to be entirely responsible for your own use of the Platform and for your postings, which shall include all content you have submitted, published or distributed on the Platform.

You agree to use the Platform in compliance with the Agreements and all applicable local, national and international laws, rules and regulations, including the copyright laws and any laws relating to the transmission of technical data exported from your country of residence.

As a requirement for using the Services offered by the Foundation on the Platform, you hereby undertake not to use the Platform in any manner intended to damage, disable, overburden, harm any of the Foundation server or connected network(s), or to interfere with any third party's use and enjoyment of the Platform.

You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Platform, other accounts, computer systems or networks connected to any Mishkahorg server through hacking, password mining, or any other means.

You may not obtain or attempt to obtain any materials or information stored on the Platform, its servers or connected network computers through any means unintentionally made available via the Platform.

The following list of items is strictly prohibited on the Platform:

  • Content that denigrates, harasses or threatens others;
  • Content that discusses illegal activities;
  • Content that infringes a third party intellectual property, including, but not limited to, copyrights or trademarks;
  • Content that are vulgar, pornographic, obscene, inappropriate or illegal;
  • Advertising or any form of commercial solicitation;
  • Content related to partisan political activities;
  • Viruses, Trojan Horses, Worms, Time Bomb Malware, Corrupted Files, Malware, Spyware, or any other similar software that may harm the operation of another person's computer or property; and
  • Content that contains intentionally inaccurate information or that is posted with the intent to mislead others.

You agree not to misrepresent or attempt to misrepresent your identity while using the Platform.

Any violation of the above Prohibited List of Items shall entitle the Foundation to terminate your use, access and/or participation in the Platform without prior notice.

 

USER ACCOUNTS AND PERMISSIONS

To participate fully in the activities and services offered by Kifah Abu Hanoud Foundation for Educational Consultations on the Platform, you are obliged to provide your name, email, phone number and the country code to create a student account.

You agree not to disclose or share the access information or the access to your user account with any third party for any reason.

In setting up your User Account, you may be asked to enter additional optional information.

You acknowledge that all information provided by you is accurate and current. You agree to maintain and update your information to keep it accurate, current and up-to-date.

 

CREATE A STUDENT ACCOUNT

A student account can be created on this website, through the following steps:

  2. An email will be sent to the email address you have added to Your Personal Information to verify its validity.
  3. The email contains a link to create your password.
  4. After that, you will be given a permission to access the website, using (Username = Your Phone Number), and the password that you have created.
  5. This information is intended to be used by one person only. It may not be used by more than one person. The account shall remain active for the duration of the subscription. After you register as a student, you will be enrolled in the program of your choice when registration is open.

 

KIFAH ABU HANOUD FOUNDATION FOR EDUCATIONAL CONSULTATIONS PROGRAMS AND METHODOLOGY:

Rewaq Al Ma’rifah Institute:

Time Plan:

First: Diploma in Revelation Knowledge (a two-year program). It is a diploma consisting of four semesters of general and major courses that constitute the keys to specialising in the Sciences of Revelation. Each semester consists of seven courses. The first semester begins in February.

Second: A One-Year Specialisation (a two-semester program) to study advanced and prominent courses in the Sciences of Revelation.

Syllabus:

Within Rewaq Al Ma’rifah Institute, these tools are used to access the desired material, which are:

 

  1. Online Interactive Lectures delivered directly by doctors. Lectures will be recorded for students and uploaded to their accounts on the site. It is strictly forbidden to circulate these videos and recordings.
  2. Reading Material: it will be uploaded to student’s page, where he/she can refer to it at any time through his/her account.

Students shall not receive a certificate unless they complete all the requirements with a passing grade of more than 50% in each course.

How to Communicate:

After creating a Student Account on the Foundation’s Platform and choosing the courses that you will subscribe to, you will be contacted via your e-mail to give you an email and a password assigned to you on MICROSOFT TEAMS with a video tutorial on how to use this platform.

This information is intended to be used by one person only. It may not be used by more than one person. The account shall remain active for the duration of the subscription.

Rawa Program:

Time Plan:

Enrolling to the Rawa’ Program begins in July every year, and the implementation of its carefully laid plan begins in September every year. The implementation of the plan lasts for five consecutive years, in which the first year is a preparation year of the program. The Preparation Year is divided into four areas. As for the remaining four years, they are specialised years, each of which is divided into three areas, the duration of each area is four months.

  1. Audio Lectures:

Dr. Kifah Abu Hanoud delivers weekly lectures to those enrolled in Rawa’ Program. These recordings are prohibited from being circulated for any “integrity” reasons.

  1. Articles, Research Studies and Videos

Scientific sources are chosen that raise real and emerging global issues, to spread awareness and knowledge among the enrolled women.

  1. Dialogue Sessions with Specialists in Mishkah Topics:

These dialogues take place on social networking sites, within closed groups for enrolled women, where complementary topics are presented and discussed to help achieve the goal of Rawa’ Program. These dialogues are prohibited from being circulated or recorded by members to the following years if they do not take place.

How to Communicate:

Members of the main group are divided into follow-up groups for us to follow the members’ quest. When you join us, you will be added to two WhatsApp Groups:

First - Original Group: The doctor sends the scientific material to this group. It is closed all the week except for one day, where the doctor opens the group to receive members’ participation and enquiries. The Doctor also sends articles from the Jurisprudence of Reality to be discussed.

Second - Follow-up Group: It is always open, where members send messages notifying their completion of the assigned daily readings.

The member shall not be transferred to the following years if she does not fulfill the requirements of each academic year.

Nebras Program:

Time Plan:

It starts from the enrolment of female student according to her age. It is intended for children aged 13-17 years.

When the enrolment is open, it will be announced via our Platform.

Syllabus:

Within Nibras Program, four tools are used to access the desired material, which are:

Educational Program - A Monthly Program

A book of 30 pages is read weekly, followed by interactive activities related to the book.

 

Reading Program

A book of 30 pages is read weekly, followed by interactive activities related to the book.

Skill Program

Topics that deal with building adolescent personality, such topics are presented as themes; each theme does not have a fixed period of time. A theme may last a month, a month and a half, or two months, depending on the covered material.

All these materials are presented alternately during the week. Each week contains two themes, namely the Reading Theme and (Educational or Skill) Theme alternately.

How to Communicate:

Students are contacted via Telegram Groups, so that students join two groups one a public group in which they send and obtain program materials while the other one is a private group for students together with the supervisor for follow-up and communication.

It is strictly prohibited to publish or circulate any material from Nibras Program outside the scope of members other than the book.

 

COURSES

Courses duration varies according to each course. The course will be interactively and directly conducted on the MICROSOFT TEAMS.

 

PAYMENT, REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Please note that all Mishkah Programs are free programs, except for Rewaq Al Ma’rifah Institute and the Courses. Therefore, when registering for this program or any of our online courses, fees will be collected.

Course Fees: the fees vary from one course to another. The price of each course will be displayed when viewing the courses with their details.

Payment will be made by VISA, MASTERCARD.

If you do not attend for any reason, we will provide you with the recorded material. You must make up for the lessons you have missed online, but it is strictly prohibited to publish and circulate them under penalty of perjury.

When a student is absent, our Policy does not allow make-up classes because we are withholding space and teachers for the student.

In case of paying for the registration of courses, you cannot request a refund after the payment process, but you can, within three (3) days of registration, replace the materials you have registered with the Institute.

You may cancel your subscription within three (3) days only from the date of registration, and get a full refund (the cost of subscription and materials, or the cost of courses).

 

PROPERTY RIGHTS

You acknowledge and agree that all content and materials available on this Site are protected by copyright, trademarks, service marks, patents, trade secrets, or other proprietary rights and laws.

Except as expressly authorised by Kifah Abu Hanoud Foundation for Educational Consultations, you agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, perform, publish, adapt, edit, or create derivative works of such material or content.

Systematic retrieval of data or other content from this Site to create or compile, directly or indirectly, a collection, compilation, database or book without written permission from Kifah Abu Hanoud Foundation for Educational Consultations is prohibited.

In addition, use of content or materials for any purpose not expressly permitted in these Terms of Use is not permitted.

As stated above, you are strictly prohibited to reproduce, copy and re-distribute any material or design elements on this Site for commercial purposes without the express written authorisation of Kifah Abu Hanoud Foundation for Educational Consultations.
