What is Nibras program?
Nibras is one of the programs offered by Mishkah, it’s a specialized program for young women in the age group 13-17 years old, it aims to build effective characters, influential and leading in the community, and that is achieved with the use of three pillars:
- The reading program
- The educational program
- The training program
The motto for the program has been chosen to be: substantial conscious preparation and build, to be a light to the world
Females in the targeted age group can register in any year, and with that the duration in which the girl can benefit from the program is decided, ending with them reaching the age of seventeen, after that the girls can affiliate to Rawa’ program.
The responsible team for Nibras program and its affiliates can communicate using social media platforms.
Nibras program has two main levels:
Wa'ed level: for girls in the age group 12-15 years old
Makeen level: for girls in the age group 16-17 years old
What are the requirements to affiliate in Nibras program?
- Females in the age group 12 to 17 years old
- Fluency in the Arabic language
- Reading the full Nibras guide
- Discipline and commitment in applying the pillars of Nibras, according to the supervisors’ instructions
What are the goals of Nibras program?
- Building the characters of young girls balanced and complete, so that they become role models for those around them
- Providing a positive and caring environment for young girls
- Taking the awareness of young girls to a higher level, which will impact the way they think and the balance of their characters, which would reflect on their communities
What are the pillars of Nibras program?
To reach its goals, a syllabus has been implemented by the foundation, and it’s based on three pillars:
The first pillar: the reading program
- Knowledge and science
- History
- Development and self-improvement
- Subjects and topics of identity
The reading program also includes activities that are supportive to the topics of the books, tying them to real life and strengthening aware critical thinking.
The second pillar: the educational program
In this program the names of Allah are introduced and their connection to Quranic text, and the depth of their translation in the Biography of the Prophet, and that knowledge will support the faith in the hearts of the young girls, and plant the values of faith in them.
The third pillar: the training program
This program cares about the mental health of young girls, building their character and different life skills, through qualifying and training courses, lectures about a variety of subjects in a specific plan.

Who is the general supervisor of Nibras program?
Ms. Enas Abu Hannoud supervises Nibras program, and works for the program to achieve its goals, Ms. Enas Abu Hannoud has the bachelor's degree and the master's degree in Arabic language, she worked as a kindergarten principle for a few years, and then she started working in the educational field from the year 2015 until present day.
Ms. Enas Abu Hannoud has many community service activities, including:
- a member in the management board in Palestine charity committee 2009-2015
- a founding member of Sana Al-Quds centre for young girls in Kuwait
- a founding member and president of Beit Hawa’ team (for Palestinian women) in Kuwait
- a founding member of Qanadeel initiative: for an aware reading for children
- a coordinator for the Arabic reading challenge program in Alqatouf school in Kuwait.
